How much time should I set aside?


The core rhythm is one 60-minute online huddle each month, supported by four in-person masterclasses across the year. The emphasis is on applying the tools to conversations already on your calendar, rather than adding a heavy content workload.

What makes this different from a one-off workshop?

Influence improves through practice, feedback, and repetition. The Tribe combines a structured framework with a twelve-month cadence, live application, peer accountability, and access to coaches who can help you adjust your approach as new situations emerge.

What happens after the first 20 founding members?

The annual investment increases from SGD 997 to SGD 1,997 after the first 20 founding seats are filled. The two private one-to-one coaching sessions are also reserved as a founding-member fast-action bonus under the supplied offer terms.

Will I get practical help with real situations?

That is the point of the program. The huddles and masterclasses prioritise live practice, immediate feedback, and implementation support for real negotiations, leadership conversations, stakeholder meetings, and commercial decisions.
